Troy J. Walker — Activist, Poet, and Entrepreneur. Troy is dedicated to the liberation of People of Color's minds that have been handicapped and oppressed for years through institutionalized racism.
Mr. Walker is self-educated and has overcome the tough streets of New Orleans, five years of incarceration, and being homeless after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
Resurrected with the passions of his ancestors he has been tasked to deliver a strong message to his people and those who support the systematic destruction of People of color.

INTRODUCTION
On my knees in prayer asking God to unify his people, because as spiritual people, it is obvious that the infestation of race, economics and politics in America have destroyed millions of black and brown people all around the globe. This genocidal warfare has been going on for far too long.
CHAPTER 1
“WAKE UP”
First of all, all praises are forever rendered to “The Most High, The Almighty God.” The God of my ancestors who fully depended on God for everything, in any situations, and in all circumstances.
CHAPTER 2
“BROTHERS”
One of my best “potnas” from childhood asked me, what is my particular writing style, singular or plural? | replied both. My hope is to deliver a very authentic message despite my unskilled and unpolished experience as a writer.
CHAPTER 3
“THE HOOD”
The scientific calculations of astronomers estimate that the sun is 93,000,000 miles from the earth; the light from the sun travels at 186,000 miles per second, and it takes approximately 8 minutes for the light of the sun to reach the earth’s surface. The instrument they use to calculate these figures is called a parallax.’
CHAPTER 4
“SYSTEM (Politics)”
The experimentation of slaves transitioning to citizens in America, is still an on-going process 400 years later. Life experiences in America, for most black and brown people, have always been complicated and hard. Mainly, because of our God given skin tone, however, there will be some who will say that our skin color is not the problem.
CHAPTER 5
“SYSTEM (Flight System)”
Now we will enter in our second phase of our mission system, which is recognized as flight system. This section will represent and demonstrate how black people were locked out of the vital life savings and life building processes in this country because of the evils of hate and racism.
CHAPTER 6
“SYSTEM (Engine)”
The third component of the missile system is the engine, which is the absolute guiding force behind all systems; this is the most important one of all, economics! The whole/ entire American economic system was built off the backs of black people …literally. Amazingly, we were duped for centuries from legislative policies, which crushed generations of us to this very day.
CHAPTER 7
“SYSTEM (War Head)”
This may sound very alarming to many of you and upsetting and frustrating to the rest of you, however, violence of any kind — — against anyone — — is unacceptable, unless it comes down to self-defense.
CHAPTER 8
WHAT’S NEXT?
As far as | can tell this is a very large country with lots of resources for everybody, so this is not the problem. | believe the problems exist in this capacity: skin tones, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, political ideologies, and financial statuses.

REPARATIONS
| have balled up and trashed six pieces of paper trying to get this subject started; this is a very difficult subject to write simply because of this very dangerous climate that exist throughout the country.
CHAPTER 10
CONCLUSION
This project of mines, “| Am Not Your Enemy, The Binary Effect” is my chief statement to address all the decades of community killings and all the centuries of national killings. | am hoping my work can bring needed, meaningful solutions to end this designed warfare on black and brown people in this country and around the globe.
